Theraband Pilates - Workout #2

When you are short on time but still want to get in a good workout, 15 Min Pilates is for you! This short workout will use a theraband or exercise band to mimic the movement of the side-lying foot in a long loop if we were on a reformer. We will also work the upper body for this class. Suggested items for the best in-home/office/travel session: a theraband (tension of choice), yoga mat, grip socks, a water bottle, and enough space to extend arms out straight to either side of your body, a sturdy place to set up an iPad, phone, or computer. **Before you start any exercise program, always consult with your physician. *
