Class Offerings

Welcome to the class types page! Here, you'll find a detailed overview of the different classes I teach, along with descriptions for each one. I teach group mat pilates classes at Bay Area Yoga in Green Bay, WI, in their small studio space.

If you are seeking group reformer classes, I teach at Club Pilates Green Bay East. You can contact them directly to learn more about membership options. I also teach private reformer/RTC at this location. 

 

In-Person Mat Pilates - Green Bay, WI

Mat Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles through controlled movements performed on a mat. It emphasizes proper alignment and breathing. With a series of exercises that improve posture and balance, Mat Pilates helps enhance overall body awareness and builds long, lean muscles. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, it offers a great way to improve strength and flexibility without the need for specialized equipment. Group Mat Pilates classes are currently being taught in the small studio space at Bay Area Yoga in Green Bay, WI. 

Group classes are small with no more than 10 people in each class to allow individual attention.

Private Reformer Pilates

Experience personalized fitness with private one-on-one reformer Pilates sessions. Tailored to your unique needs and goals, each session focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and posture in a supportive environment. The private studio has a reformer, ladder barrel, spine corrector, and RTC. Private lessons are great for anyone who is recovering from an injury, is new to pilates, has specific goals, or prefers private training over group classes. Each private lesson is a full 60 minutes. I teach private lessons at the Club Pilates Green Bay East location. Please reach out with any questions.

Online Workouts

You need minimal space and equipment to keep your body strong, flexible, and balanced. The online mat Pilates workout series is meant to give you bite-sized workouts to get you motivated and keep you motivated. All you need is a thick mat, a flat surface, and optional props. Work out anywhere, any time. Designed to save you money and fit your lifestyle. Get started today!
